Schools competing in the NFL Virginia National Speech, Debate, and Congress Qualifier must  compete a PreRegistration estimate by 24 December 2008.  This PreRegistration estimate is non-binding, but an essential step in competing.

There are three parts of the PreRegistration Estimate:

PreRegistration of NFL Speech and Debate Entries

The Speech/ Debate NFL Qualifier is Double-Flighted to allow students to more easily double-enter events.  We strongly encourage double-entry.  Speech entries may double-enter any event in any flight; except a student cannot double-enter in DX and FX.

Our Chapter is qualified to send the following number of entries in Speech and Debate to the Qualifier:

PreRegistration of NFL Congress Entries

The NFL Congress qualifier functions under a completely different quota and the schedule has been created to allow students to double-enter in Speech and Debate Events and triple-enter in Student Congress.  We will cease all speech and debate rounds to convene 90-minute sessions between Speech rounds 1,2,3, and Semifinals.  We strongly encourage students to triple-enter in Congress.
